Practical Approach to Project Management
A unique course designed for those who are either entering the evolving field of project management or already overseeing projects. It gives the participants a solid understanding of project management tools to help them succeed and execute their projects successfully.
The course intends to provide practical knowledge of project management and yet covers key theoretical concepts which will help students prepare for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® and the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exams. It also meets the educational requirements of 23 hours required to sit in a CAPM certification exam.
The course is delivered in-class or online by a certified PMP instructor having years of project management experience with multinational companies. It provides a unique interactive learning experience with the help of quizzes and completes with a Certificate of Completion.

The course is laid out in 3 Modules covering the 3 Performance Domains as laid out by PMI in PMBOK Guide 7th Edition as it takes you through the 5 process groups to help you gain practical knowledge and confidence.
- Module 1 covers the Business Environment highlighting various Project lifecycles.
- Module 2 covers the People Domain with emphasis on project team building and project manager’s characteristics.
- Module 3 Sections A & B cover the processes followed to execute the projects successfully.References are provided to the previous edition of PMBOK Guide in the Appendix.
