Project Management: Our expert certified project manager will guide the relevant healthcare provider with all aspects of diagnostic equipment project planning through all stages of projects to make sure the projects get completed within time, scope and budget.
Site preparations: Having completed numerous projects of varying complexities and covering wide range of modalities like MRI, CT, PET/CT, X-Ray, NM and Cath Labs, we will help the Imaging department to prepare sites with recommended preinstallation requirements.
Equipment Installations: We will provide advice on what to expect from vendors with respect to imaging equipment installations, clinical trainings and acceptance criteria.
Operations: Monitor processes, equipment, scheduling, costs, space, materials and human resources to identify wastage and recommend improvements.
